Manual de taller Kia Rio 4 (YB) - Kia Rio 4 workshop manual

Buenas noches a todos, después de unas semanas de arduo trabajo, tras recopilar información, juntarla, editarla, ordenarla, indexarla, etc, ya os puedo presentar el resultado final y lo quería compartir con vosotros para que os sea de utilidad.

El manual de taller del kia rio 4 (YB). En formato PDF, que consta de 2.285 páginas hechas lo mejor que he podido. Contiene toda la información técnica de este modelo, lo cual os permite hacer todo tipo de reparaciones, contiene pares de apriete hasta del último tornillo más escondido, esquemas eléctricos, contiene todo tipo de información/fotos relevante que os puede ayudar ante un problema, o haceros de guía o de manual de referencia a la hora de hacer la revisión por ejemplo. Lo dicho, podéis hacer de todo, os sirve hasta si queréis reconstruir el motor porque da información exacta de tolerancias.

Este manual puede servir a gente de todo el mundo (tanto Europa como latinoamérica, europa del este, etc) ya que no se limita a cosas que se vende en España. Para los que tengan esa suerte, contiene toda clase de información sobre cajas de cambio automáticas, techo abatible, y opciones que no hemos visto en España.

A pesar de todo el trabajo que me ha conllevado hacerlo (creerme que es muchísimo), quería que este manual perteneciera a esta comunidad. De hecho lo puede descargar cualquier persona sin ninguna limitación, solo hay que tener en cuenta que tiene 564 MB de tamaño, porque es muy grande. Está en inglés, pero es muy ilustrativo, con imágenes y todo.

Lo dicho, espero que os sea útil y que os pueda sacar de un apuro, ayudaros a hacer el mantenimiento, servir de referencia o lo que os haga falta.

Edito a día de 18/02/2022: Me he dado cuenta que en el PDF que subí la 1ª vez no se podía buscar dentro (con la opción ctrl+F). Lo he corregido y ahora si lo estáis mirando en pc o móvil, podéis usar la función de buscar dentro del pdf, para encontrar lo que queráis de forma muchísimo más rápida. Además se consigue reducir el tamaño hasta los 337 MB.

La verdad es que me costó bastante juntar y editar toda esa información.

Por cierto, alguien sabe dónde puedo encontrar el libro de mantenimiento? No este del taller o el manual de usuario.

El librito, u hoja como tengo en el otro coche, donde pone los intervalos de las revisiones en tiempo/kilómetros y lo que se hace en cada una, si aceite, filtros, distribución, etc...

Pregunté cuando me dieron el coche el otro día y me dijeron "el coche te avisa cuando hay que ir a revisión...".

Claro, eso ya lo sé pero me gustaría saber qué le hacen en cada una. Mi motor es el 1.2, igual es algo diferente al 1.0.

En mi caso lo pone en el manual. Está el programa de mantenimiento, me extrañaría que en el nuevo rio haya cambiado.

Ojea el manual, está casi con total seguridad ahí.

Ya harás una presentación cuando te llegue el coche. Yo he visto los modelos de ahora y al menos estéticamente son mas pulidos y mejores que el modelo anterior.

Por cierto, el manual del motor 1.2CVVT será útil en casi todo para el 1.2DPI verdad?
